TICKET BUYER FEES
  • Local Tickets charges ticket buyers a low booking fee upon payment. Our fee is in addition to the Ticket Price and the ticket buyer is notified throughout the booking and payment process as to this separate charge. The ticket buyer fee is a separate charge and received directly to Local Tickets. The ticket buyer fee is per booking: $1 + 2.9% merchant & admin fee.

TICKETING FEE PAYMENT
Ticketing Fees are automatically deducted from your gross ticket sales revenue. The Payout Amount is your nett ticket sales (Gross Ticket Sales less Ticketing Fees). Revenues and Ticketing Fees are transparent on your Dashboard at all times. Tax Invoice and Statement of Account available at all times.

PAYMENTS
One simple post event payment transferred to your nominated bank account the next business day after your event. Ongoing nett payments deposited into your bank account (Gross ticket sales less ticketing fees). Daily email sent advising of the deposit amount. Receive direct payments for ticket sales via your own EFTPOS/Square Reader payment device, and cash sales.
PROCESS
Event Organiser is required to login & finalise the event on the Dashboard (day of event/next day) before payment can be transferred. Event Organiser must be pre-approved at the time of sign up by both Local Tickets and Stripe. Terms and Conditions apply. Request a Stripe Information & Application Form.

Event Organiser approves refund & lodges booking in Attendee Centre / Refund Booking. Local Tickets refunds customer within 1 – 5 days.
